Add OF means Overflow. I've had people ask me that one before.

Though it's not a three letter or acronym-
Zerg - A large group of people moving as one to accomplish a task.

CC should be added. That's one that often escapes me.

Is OSD for Oversharddistrict enough of a thing to add?

Another common one: "OP", which means "Overpowered".

how many of these are actually two letter acronyms?

A couple of them, by the looks of it. OP, CC, WG (water gate), etc.

WvW ones:
PVD = Player vs. Door, a.k.a. IoJ'ing the door: to attack an objective's gate with personal DPS (damage per second) rather than building and/or using siege. It is also called IoJ'ing the door due to that server's (Isle of Janthir) apparent dislike of siege use.
PVW = Player vs. Wall, a fortunately rare phenomenon wherein the player attacks the breakable wall instead of using siege. Since it doesn't do any damage, it's discouraged but funny to watch. :D

Everything else I can think of is more jargon (Hills, Bay, oj's (which I guess if you spell 'swords' with a j works), hammer down, cc, door cata/treb, etc.).
